Lately Ive been trying to eat more healthy, and one thing that can help you in the morning, when you are in a rush to get dressed, to put on make up and to prepare to go to work, an easy option to start the day with a healthy meal is to eat milk and cereals. It is a fast option, that is also healthy. Here are some of my favorite ones: first of all, the always safe option: Nestle fitness, some cereals that are healthy and also tasty. It has vitamins, , calcium and iron, it is low fat and delicious. You can find a version that also has fruits in it. Then there is the always welcomed corn flakes, simple but so delicious and tasty.
And then there are the wow factors: in this case, I bought some Lion cereals (Lion is my favorite chocolate bar), with chocolate and caramel. And some chocolate and multi grain muslee cereals.
My personal secret is that I never eat just one type of cereals. I always mix them and I get one bowl of everything that tastes delicious! That way I know I am not missing out on anything!
