Guys, a couple of hours ago, we experienced an earthquake! It was stronger than the other earthquakes I experienced, and everybody got so scared. This is the picture of Osmena Street in Cebu City (country Philippines) and my college is just at the right of the picture. A couple of minutes before the earthquake, I was in a bookstore with my friend and when the earthquake happened, everybody was running left and right (kind of stupid, I know, but we don`t have earthquakes here often and people were really scared because it was really strong).
Everybody in the whole city and the city next to it (Talisay City, where I live) was ordered to go home. Classes were suspended for all levels and stores were all closing.
Now, for a commuter like me, it was pretty hard to go home since everybody was rushing home, scared of the aftershock, and I literally had to walk miles to look for jeepneys with space. From my house to college and vice versa, it takes me 4 rides, a total of 2 hours. Since the roads were so crowded, it took me 4 hours to reach home!
The aftershock still hasn`t happened, so please pray that it won`t be strong.
