Carrot Kinpira - japanese side dish

i like to eat this side dish as the main course over some rice lol. although in this instance i had just gotten home from the gym and needed some protein and wasnt in a carby mood. anyway here`s how -->

you need:
3 med carrots shred
sesame oil
soy sauce

how to:
shred the carrots or buy preshredded carrots and use a handful
drizzle sesame oil over the bottom of the pan and add carrots to it
toss carrots til coated and let pan fry for 3 mins
add about 1 tsp sugar (this is delicious sugar free as well!) and toss 1 more minute
add 1 tsp soy sauce (i actually just eyeball it) and toss the carrots
i place in a bowl then top with sesame seeds because the seeds make a mess in the pan and its no fun
there should be oil/sauce residue in the pan so i crack an egg and let it cook in it (: yum!
