Carrot Cake Muffins!

So a few days ago, I made carrot cake with cream cheese frosting... Well, I brought the box mix again and I turned my carrot cake into carrot cake MUFFINS! Yup, you heard me, I made muffins with cake mix and it turned out really really tasty!!

The cake mix I had was betty crocker carrot cake mix. Instead of adding what was on the box, I used -
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) can blended pineapple (or any other fruit such as applesauce)
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts ( I used walnuts!)

I just added everything in and tossed it in the over at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. (ohh, I also buttered the muffin tins so they wouldn`t stick or burn!) I took them out immediately after they were done.. I know I shouldn`t have done that, but ohh well! They were just cooked and they tasted so good! The walnuts gave the muffins a perfect crunch! The muffins surprisingly did not taste like the cake that I made. I think that probably was due to the fact that my muffins had some pineapples in it and a little bit of milk. They were really good either ways and I think I like the muffin version more than the cake!!
I even brought some of my muffins to school to share with my friends and they loved it as much as I did! I feel so accomplished haha!
