Carrot Cake Fail

This is from Nigella Lawson and it is supposed to be delicious. However, it is not because I did not use almond flour, but flour. Sigh! I thought it would not make a difference, but it does. A big difference. The flour makes the cake dry out while the almond flour will keep it marzipan like and moist.
