Carrot cake

300 g carrot (s), 8c. tablespoon sugar , 1 ch. tea oil , 2 ch. tea sugar , 2 ch. tea flour , 4 eggs , 2c. tablespoon cocoa powder , 2c. milk soup , 2c. tablespoon margarine
1. Beat the raw carrots with egg yolks, oil and sugar in electric mixer (blender). 2. Remove and mix the flour with a fork. 3. Mix later, the beaten egg whites. 4. Bring the hot oven and a well greased.
Preparation of Coverage: 1. Bring to boil the sugar with the margarine. 2. Once melted, add the milk and chocolate. 3. Cover the cake or use as filling.
