For a bowl of cappuccino foam of 1.5 l
It is a small glass of 10 cl which I use for measuring
1 cup of instant coffee
1 cup of sugar
1 small glass of water
Place ingredients in a bowl in the freezer tight passing and that is deep enough not to splash around.
Mine: a TUPP ... hollow 1.4l (without ads!)
With your mixer, meringue up the liquid for about 2 minutes until you have a nice stiff foam.
You can use immediately or store in freezer for several days.
The dosage that I advocate: good 2 c. coffee in a cup 15 cl.
No need to add sugar!
