I present to you a dish of fish that the picture has a great look and it does not seem complicated to make. Just use your imagination and decorate the dish in its own way. This is my suggestion ...
two bulbs of fennel
4 pieces of soaked cod with skin
2 slices of bread hardened
½ chav. of chopped herbs
salt and pepper
Peel the fennel bulbs and cut them to toothpicks.
Scrape, wash and cut the carrots into julienne thick.
Heat a little oil in a nonstick skillet, add the prepared vegetables and saute with a little water and stir.
Clean the cod thicker spines.
Sautee pieces on both sides with a little oil, first skin downward.
Mix in a bowl, bread with crushed herbs, a little salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cover the cod with this mixture, squeeze a bit and finish cooking in preheated oven for 15 more minutes.
Serve hot with vegetables.
