1. Get a timer and set it for 100 seconds. Try to stand and face the narrow edge of the door. Your legs hip should be distant apart. Hopefully you have a foot stool directly behind you.

2. Extending your arms out, holding on slowly grip one doorknob in each of your hands.

3. Slowly count down to 10 and lower your body until it touches the stool (but don`t sit down.) Continuing doing it a few times. Repeat!!!

4. Lastly pause your body and slowly raise your body to a standing position to a set of slow counts of 10. Repeat until the times ends.

Follow these steps constantly and you`ll have nice looking legs in no time. I`m working on mines so I can fit them in cute boots! Lol
