Good monday everyone! Wow its been a while... Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, we were all snowed in here! The storm hit us pretty hard!
Anyway, I just found this app to help me count my calories daily so that i have an idea of what I`m putting in my body. I loved it and it is pretty simple to use. You just write the name of whatever you ate and it counts the calories for you! Its called Calorie Count, its free and simple!! Oh it also puts in your workout so you know how much you lost!!!!
