Last night I made Cajun Chicken Fettuccine for our family dinner. I wanted to make this for a while because it`s my favourite at Red Lobster. Today I realized they use linguini alfredo but this was delicious nonetheless.
- Skinless and boneless chicken breast
- Cajun spice
- Black pepper
I don`t know how to make my own Cajun spice so I bought the one from ClubHouse. I don`t have measurements for anything I just watched recipes on YouTube and went with taste. Unfortunately the sauce was too thick because I added too much cream so I had to thin it out with a cup of water before serving. But I learn with practice so next time I will not use as much cream. Aside from the thicker sauce, it was delicious and my family approved of it. I will make this again using linguini.
