I`ve been wanting to run a 5K forever, but for someone who`s never run before in her life, that was quite a long stretch of a feat! That`s when someone recommended me this amazing app that`s called C25K that helps you to run a 5K over a period of eight weeks. It`s so easy to do, and has helped me to go from not running at all, to be able to run five minutes straight without feeling tired, which is a huge accomplishment for me! lol You do it three days a week, and alternate between walking and running. As the weeks go on, you walk less and run more, and it continues to progress each week.
This app is so easy, and very beginner-friendly! I`m on my way to running a 5K, and can`t wait!
