I was recently invited to the the FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD BzzCampaign as a BzzAgent. After reading more about this particular BzzCampaign, I was extremely interested and definitely wanted to learn more about it.
For my BzzKit, I was sent the following items:
The FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD BzzGuide
A DVD copy of the FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD documentary
A quick start to the Reboot Your Life Programs
This DVD documents the life of an Australian man named Joe Cross who is 300+ pounds and have to take steroids in order to keep his autoimmune condition under control. He chooses to take control of his life and of his health by undergoing a special diet. This diet requires a juicer and also strictly enforcing a diet of only fresh fruit and vegetable juices for 60 days straight. After undergoing this diet, Joe finally achieves a healthy lifestyle and is able to "REBOOT" his life.
I really love eating fruits and vegetables. Although I have a juicer, I do not utilize it as much as I should. I think I will definitely try giving this diet a try in the future. There are many options that do not require the strict diet of only fruits and vegetable juices for 60 days. You can try the diet for 3 days during the weekend, or just for the 5 days during the weekday, or only for 10 days, 15 days, or just juice all day long except for during dinner time where you can eat a regular meal.
I received a free DVD copy of the FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD documentary as a BzzAgent for participaton in the FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD BzzCampaign, but in no way does that compromise the honesty and integrity of my thoughts and opinions. I was not paid for this review and these are my own honest opinions.
