Hi everyone! It`s been a while since I`ve Luuuxed but I decided to start making some posts again since I`m on spring break and have some time to spare. This is such a late post but I thought I would share it anyway.
I was invited to join the BzzAgent BzzCampaign for the Draftmark Tap System. It was really neat because at the moment, this BzzCampaign was only available to those who lived in San Diego, we were amongst the first to try! For my BzzKit, I received a coupon for the Draftmark System and one free refill of my choice (up to $50). This system and the refill was only sold at selected Rite-Aids. When I got to the store, the refill was valued at around $50 and the refill was $15 so basically, I paid $15 out of pocket for the refill.
The Draftmark system is really cool because it delivers that draft beer experience with the soft foam and guaranteed freshness in your refridgerator for one month. The system operates with a rechargeable battery that is also included. Installation was fairly easy but the first time I did it, I had to really follow along with the instruction to properly load the refill.
Overall, I really like this system and I think it is really cool and convenient to have. The refills are 1 gallon for $15 which is just a tiny bit more pricier than if you were to buy the individual bottles in a case but I really like the experience combined with the Draftmark system. One thing I did notice was that there was a lot of foam with the initial pour but it did eventually settle down. The beer was indeed fresh and quite refreshing! Currently, there are only refills for Budweiser, Shocktop Belgian White & IPA, and Michelob. I hope for the future they will come out with more refills!
*DISCLAIMER*: I received the Draftmark Tap System for free as a BzzAgent for participating in the Draftmark Tap System BzzCampaign, but in no way does that compromise the honesty and integrity of my thoughts and opinions. I was not paid for this review and these are my own honest opinions.
