one of my biggest goals is to tone and lift my butt. It`s never too early to start prepping for bikini season.
Here are some of the workouts I do to lift and tone my butt:
SQUATS: I can never do enough squats. This tights and tones the butt as well as your legs. I do this even while I`m watching TV.
LUNGES: gret for burning and lifting the butt. It makes the buns BURN!
BUTT LIFTS: - lie flat on a yoga mat, put your legs at a 90 degree angle and lift your butt straight up. This does the most lifting, in my opinion.
BUTT KICKS- get on all fours and kick one leg straight up in the air at a 90 degree angle. This does wonders for the butt.
