And what a great start to a Monday by burning almost 600 calories! =)
This was what my day looked like:
Walked 1 KM to the bus stop for work
Ran 1 KM on the treadmill while waiting for my gym class to start
Body Combat - 1 hr
Walked 1 KM from the gym back to work
And maybe if I have some time, squeeze in a bit of yoga before bedtime.
How was everyone else`s Monday in terms of exercise? I hope it was as productive as mine! =)
