My regular instructor left last week so on Wednesdays we have a new instructor.
She also teaches one of the Yoga Classes that I attend and she has the MOST amazing body ever! So I knew the combat class today would be intense.
And I was right. Everyone was moaning in pain during the middle of the class. But I was quite alright since I`ve done the entire Insanity and P90x programs.
My exercise routine today:
Walking 2 KM to and from the gym
Body Combat class - my FAVE class =D
Running 1 KM
