Today was a long day of meetings but I was able to squeeze in some exercise this morning at 6:30 am and burned 394 calories!
My exercise routine consisted of the following:
Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit - 45 minutes
Walking - 1 hr 30 minutes
Today was more like a rest day for me, I think I`ll end the day off with some yoga tonight =)
