Burn Over 100 Calories in under 15 minutes!

Here is a workout I do every other morning before I go to school. It burns about 100 calories in under 15 minutes for someone who is 110 lbs. (If you are heavier, you burn more and vice versa) To do this workout, all you need is a jump rope. If you don`t have one just use a pretend one!

Here is the workout
1 min. slow/light jumping rope (warm up)
20 sec. rest (walk around)
40 sec. Normal speed jumping
20 sec. rest
40 sec. jumping as fast as you can
20 sec rest.
Repeat the 40 sec. of jumping super fast and 20 sec of rest 9 more times and say good-bye to 100 calories before your day even starts!!
