Everyone is always searching high and low for the best work out tips to burn those excess calories and to feel healthier but did you know that morning workouts burn far more calories than if you work out late at night? Studies have shown that people who work out in the morning are more likely to burn more calories because they tend to exercise harder and better in a shorter period of time. That means that they are burning more calories in a shorter period of time.
I think this is a great tip and one which I hope to incorporate into my daily routine for workout however currently I am so busy with work that this doesn`t seem like a realistic option for me. I have superb respect for people who get up at like 6am for a swim or an intense gym session however I know I could never get up that early from my warm and cosy bed.
