The Burj Khalifa Bin Zayidformerly known as Burj Dubai is a skyscraper located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the largest structure and, consequently, the tallest skyscraper ever built by man, with 828 meters high. Its construction began in September 21, 2004 and was inaugurated on January 4, 2010.Foi renamed due to loan made by Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, after he lent $ 10 billion to avoid Dubai to investors that a default on one of its leading companies, the Dubai World.
