My grandma makes the best Bún riêu around!
This is a Vietnamese rice vermicelli soup - some people have different versions of how to make this, but my grandmother uses real crab meat and combines it with egg and a can of minced crab meat. I absolutely love when she makes this because it`s a different taste as opposed to your boring traditional viet noodles. If you`re ever feeling brave enough to try something new, order this! It`s served with a plate of mixed veggies (we use bean sprouts, cabbage, celery, etc) and I recommend adding a bit of lime to your noodles.
