I tried this dish at a vietnamese restaurant somewhere in Toronto (i forgot what the place is called), and it was really good. The only thing was that it was a little too spicy for me, so i end up using hoisin sauce (the sauce that you use for the meat). And it still did not kill the spicy taste. Overall, i thought it was pretty filling to eat for dinner.
Have you tried bun bo hue?
