Just walked to a local Thai place to grab dinner. I chose their <strong>Buddha Veggie Sub with Sauté Tofu</strong>. This is the same sub, which I had a couple of weeks ago, however from a different location of the same franchise.
I love tofu! It`s such a healthy and tasty alternative to meat. Im not a vegetarian, but I definitely don`t think that eating meat on a daily basis is healthy. So that is when tofu comes in :)
This sub, along with tofu, also had fresh cilantro, pickles, carrots, sliced cucumbers and onion as well as a thai sauce. A mouth-watering combination that keeps brining me back!
