I`ve never really been a big fan of tomatoes and vinegar but everything changed when I had my first taste of bruschetta. The vinegar reduction was amazingly delicious, it was sweet, tart and tangy at the same time. On the other hand, the Roma tomatoes were extremely fresh and I love how they paired the tomatoes with fresh basil and olive oil. My friend and I polished off the entire dish in no time and wished we could make this at home!:) Do you love eating bruschetta too?
