I posted another quiche I made a while back, but I made another this weekend. It is also a vegetarian quiche but instead I used broccoli, zucchini and fresh spinach. They were all vegetables that we had in the fridge and my mom wanted to use up. I added some milk, ricotta cheese, salt and pepper and then poured it into a premade pie crust and baked for 45 min. I loove broccoli, especially in quiches so I thought it was really good, but my family liked it too!
