Passover was Friday night but I ended up celebrating it on Saturday. A main jewish meal is a brisket dinner. What we did was cook brisket and made it into a sandwich. Brisket is a meat and was cooked with potatoes and carrots. The sandwich was on an amazing roll and was cooked in a panini maker. The panini maker flattens it and makes the bread a little crunchy, I loved it. There was also pepperjack cheese on the sandwich and it was melted, tasted similar to a philly cheese steak.
