Brigadiers by Neuza Costa

Ingredients for 20 brigadiers:
1 can of condensed milk 397g
60g of cocoa powder
50g of butter
2 tablespoons of milk
Oil for greasing
chocolate sprinkles
Paper cups frizz

1. In a non-stick pan, place the condensed milk and chocolate powder.
Stir well.
Combine milk.
Add the butter.

2. Bring the pan to medium heat and simmer over low heat about 40 minutes without stirring constantly.
When the dough begin to take off the bottom of the pan, remove.
Place dough in a dish of brigadier oiled.
Leave to cool.

3. With hands anointed with oil, make balls.
Pass the balls by chocolate sprinkles.
Place cupcake papers in brigadiers beaded.
And is ready to serve.
