I stopped by Ulta and was glad to see that they had several stands up front dedicated to breast cancer. I wasn`t really interested in anything except the Essie Breast Cancer Awareness nail polishes. It was pretty hard to find since it was really close to the floor. I thought that they should have put it somewhere where more people could see. Here`s what I got:
1. Pink toe separators: These were only $1 and they seemed very strong and sturdy compared to the ones I have at home from Julep. They are really destroyed and worn out!
2. Essie "Good Morning Hope": I wasn`t a huge fan of the color selection. There were only 4 shades of pink. All of them were a bit dark for me. I like pale pinks. At home, I tried it on and it is very transparent and needs nearly 3 coats to become opaque... not happy with this nail polish. This was regular priced at $8.
3. Palladio white eyeliner: I haven`t had a white eyeliner pencil in years. I thought it was appropriate to get one now while it was on sale for $1. Regular price was $3 something.
4. Redken Outshine 01: I actually received this for free. I`m not sure why I was given it for free, the cashier didn`t say why. It`s an anti-frizz polishing milk. There was also a coupon stuck onto it for $5 off a regular sized bottle, only at Ulta. It`s $18 for the full sized bottle!
I also donated $3 for breast cancer and received a tote to put my grocery bags in. I regret not asking how much of my money actually goes toward it and my tote -_-
