This week, my coworker decided to share some of his breakfast with me. He bought a buttered bagel with jam on top and as simple as the breakfast was, it was delicious!
So I decided to buy some toast and jam and make my own =). I don`t eat bagels because it`s a bit too fattening and toast would do just fine.
The toast I used was Dempster`s Body Wise bread, which has 3 g of fibre and 90 calories per two slices of toast! I also spread some margarine and sprinkled a bit of salt on top. Then I used strawberry jam on top of that.
Once toasted, it was DELICIOUS! And for 150 calories, it`s amazing. It tastes like it would be 300 calories!
