This morning I was way to lazy to make eggs or anything else for breakfast, so I ended up eating cereal and milk. I only had 2 types of cereal at home Special K red berries and Cheerios. I wanted a bit of sweetness so I went with the Special K red berries. I had the cereal with 2% milk. I would prefer 1% milk but my mom said I need a little more fat in my life which I don`t think so. Special K red berries is crunchy rice and wheat flakes with strawberries. It has a good source of fiber and made with whole grain. I think this is a good way to start off your day if you don`t want anything too heavy.
