Breakfast Sopes.

Ok, not long ago I posted a blog about the Guaraches I made for dinner. Well, those were made out of masa, meat, cabbage, tomato, cream and queso fresco.

The next day I just didnt` want to make any typical breakfast, so I was looking in my fridge and saw that there was plenty of masa left. So I grabbed it, shaped it in to sopes, heated up the oil and made the sopes.

I then pulled out the sopes and shaped it so that an eg would fit in the center. I putit back in the oil until the egg was cooked (ofcourse I also flipped the sope to help it cook the egg).

When I pulled it out, it needed a little something else. So I simply added some mexican cream and home made green salsa on top. Look pretty good, hu?
