1 banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup ice
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
So this recipe is really easy. If you are trying to manage your weight however, maybe you should use two cups of fat free vanilla yogurt instead of ice cream. That`s what I do :) Also, another thing to love is how fast it is. It is definitely perfect for those crazy mornings.
