This is what I made for breakfast. I had seen MakeupGeek show a breakfast sandwich she likes that suits her diet... well it made me crave something similar. LOL, easily influenced by food I suppose. Hers had chicken slices, a different cheese, and marmalade on it. I was going to try it with the marmalade like she recommended but I`m out of it. I only keep orange marmalade in the house and normally for cooking and have run out.
I heated up a skillet and sprayed a bit of nonstick spray into it. then I cracked one egg into the skillet. I didn`t worry about scrambling it like she did. I planned to do a sunny side up egg, anyway. I seasoned it with a bit of salt and pepper and while it was cooking I toasted some wheat bread. Once the egg was cooked and the bread toasted, I put a single slice of American cheese onto the toast and the egg on top (helps to melt the cheese since the egg is hot). Then, I put 4 slices of lunch ham into the still hot skillet to brown it just a tiny bit. Once I was happy that it was hot enough I took it out and put it on top of the egg. I closed up the sandwich with the second slice of toast and voila... delicious breakfast sandwich that didn`t take me but a couple of moments.
