For my breakfast today, I was in the mood for eggs. I also added in mushrooms and toast to fill me up more.
For the eggs, I wanted them to be extra fluffy so I added in a couple teaspoons each of water and milk and then whisk it all together to get a frothy consistency.
With the mushrooms, I caramelized some onions first and then added in the sliced mushrooms and saute them until brown.
With the bread, I buttered it and then let it toast until golden and I cut it up into little squares. It just made it easier to eat instead of tearing it each time I wanted a piece.
I topped the eggs and mushroom with ground pepper and some salt and topped the eggs with a few bits of cilantro and that was it!
