Deciding what to eat for breakfast is really hard sometimes especially if you have make it for your entire family. So today I woke up a little earlier than normal to prepare this important meal for my family. I made scrambled eggs, bacon, and toasted muffin with unsalted butter. For the scrambled eggs, I just like to beat it a little in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and just stir fry it in the frying pan. I don`t like to add milk and other stuff to my eggs. And I know eating bacon is not healthy, but I don`t make it everyday, in fact this is the second time I`ve made it in 1 1/2 years and I didn`t add oil to the frying pan when I cooked it. I should`ve taken a pic of the oil that was left over from the bacon even though I didn`t even use any oil, scary. Thank goodness I don`t eat this everyday and I wouldn`t recommend this as a everyday meal either, well the bacon that is. And for the muffins, I just toasted it and spread a bit of unsalted butter on it cause that was what I had on hand. All I had was unsalted butter cause I use that to bake and I didn`t have any salted butter at the moment. Oh well, they couldn`t taste the difference..lol.. Now I have to think what I should make for breakfast for tomorrow...what a headache..lol..
