Ive never been much of a breakfast eater but now that Ive been watching my weight I have to eat breakfast every morning to get my metabolism rolling. I always start out with a small meal since its not my favorite meal of the day and it always tends to be the same I really like the Quaker Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. I tend to add less water to mine that your suppost to as I like it thick not runny. You get a nice burst of cinnamon and just a little apple its so perfect!
