Breakfast: Multigrain Bread

it`s no secret: i love all bread. i used to be a little pickier and told my mom never to get me whole grain bread, but now i`m even embracing whole grain! since i`ve started eating healthier, i find ways to get my carb fix from french bread and white bread.

this morning, i had a multigrain bread roll from 85C bakery. (love this place!) there are so many seeds and grains that i felt like i was chewing on a field of wheat. somehow, 85 makes bread that`s so soft and delicious that i didn`t even mind!

this is actually one of the most expensive items that this bakery sells, but i think it`s worth it for a really big roll (i shared it with my mom) that`s yummy and healthy.

do you eat whole wheat and/or multigrain bread? or do you prefer white bread?
