for breakfast this morning, i made an omelet and baked some hash browns in the toaster oven. i opted to bake the hash browns instead of pan frying them since it`s a lot healthier to bake them. i made the omelet with whole large eggs, though i have thought a lot lately about getting cartons of egg whites from the grocery store and using those since i really don`t need to eat fatty yolks anymore. i filled the omelet with red and green peppers, diced onions, and ham... no cheese since i`m still banning cheese from my diet for the most part! my dad helped me a little with the omelet since it was my first time making one, but i think it came out rather well :) it`s kinda hard to mess up an omelet too. even if it got messed up, it`s still totally edible since it`s just eggs and a bunch of other goodies all cooked together!
