Hello Food Fans
I have been on a health kick lately and I wanted to share with you my healthy deliciously filling breakfast.
First, tuna with grated carrots, no mayo...just a little sat and pepper to taste.
Second, fried sweet plantains in canola oil or vegetable oil...I tend to get a bit of a sweet tooth and this satisfies that craving
Third, and this is the unique one, the crackers on the plate are not actual crackers, they are cracker substitutes... They taste just like cracker, just thinner and crispier....
Fourth, I have my cucumber slices , fresh and the thing about cucumbers is that you can use them instead of crackers or bread...yummy
Finally, a tall glass or blended mixed fruits...this is so easy to do. Just gather all your fruits and blend them together. I wouldn`t recommend oranges unless you like the pulp taste.....
