BREAKFAST: Fresh Blueberries amp Oatmeal!

Oatmeal is really healthy for breakfast. I buy the steel cut oats from Trader Joe`s now, it tastes so much better than the instant oatmeal packets I used to buy. This oatmeal is extremely healthy because it has no sugar and is high in fiber. What`s fiber good for? POOP! Healthy poop :)
It tastes a lot better because I like the texture of it, you can actually taste the oats. I topped it off with some fresh blueberries today for added taste. It`s always healthier to use fruit to give your breakfast oatmeal some flavor rather than dumping in more added sugar.
