This was on my one of my cheat days. I have decided to make an effort to live a healthier lifestyle. That being said, I know how I am, and if I deprive myself from certain foods or drinks, it will just back fire on me and I will probably eat twice as much. So I allow myself cheat days or cheat meals. Once Ive achieved a short term goal, I reward that achievement. And here it isbreakfast at IHOP for dinner.
Chicken and waffles. I like that its chicken fingers, that way I dont have to mess around with the bones. I choose honey mustard for my dipping sauce and original syrup for my waffles. Since this dish is very high in calories, to ease my mind, I only eat half and then take the rest to-go. It usually gets eaten by someone else in my family the next day.
The other picture is what my oldest daughter ordered. It was a nutella crepe, with eggs and bacon.
