My favorite oatmeal is the Raisin, Date, and Walnut kind. Not only is it healthy to eat, but it is a quick breakfast idea in the morning. I don`t have a lot of time to waste, so I can be healthy and not have to waste a lot of time fixing breakfast. Sometimes I like to cut up a half a banana and sprinkle some flax seed in as well. Tasty!
