This is one of my favorite breakfasts to make because it`s just so simple and combines egg and bread together without the hassle of making a regular egg sandwich.
What you do is:
<ol><li> Make or cut circles in your bread slices. You could use a cookie cutter but I use the end of a drinking glass.</li>
<li> Heat a pan and grease with either butter, margarine or oil. Place your bread slice and toast it lightly over the stove.</li>
<li> Pour in your egg. I usually beat my egg with seasoning but you can also keep the yolk intact, pour it in and add seasoning to it later. </li>
<li> Allow the egg to settle and cook before turning it over to do the other side.</li>
I listed it that way above but in reality it barely takes a few seconds to do and under 5 minutes to make over the stove.
