Hey Luuuxers! This morning I had a little bit more time to make a good breakfast. This meal was pretty quick to make, but I like to take my time to eat my breakfast or any meals. So I had a bit more time to sit down while watching Youtube videos white I had my meal. :)
For my sandwich, I like to call it my Healthy McMuffin. :) A healthier version of McDonald`s McMuffins. My toaster decided to die a couple days ago so I `ve had to toast all my breads in my toaster oven. So I toasted one english muffin. I fried up one egg white and put that on top of the toasted english muffin, added a couple slices of turkey meat and added some avocado slices on top. For a side I split half a banana and spread about a tablespoon of Justin`s Organic Honey Peanut Butter. I also sprinkled a little bit of cinnamon on top of that.
This sandwich was soooo good! I`ve been eating a lot of avocados lately and recently my mom bought 2 bags of avocados from Sam`s Club (which is like Costco) so I`ve been trying to incorporate avocados in almost every meal. I recently watched an interview with Miranda Kerr on Youtube about her diet the other day and she says that she eats half an avocado every day. I know avocados are packed full of vitamins and healthy fats and if avocados are what keeps Miranda Kerr healthy and beautiful...well then I`m going to eat avocados too! lol
