I have been going to Hot Yoga on Sundays, so I try to eat a light breakfast because you don`t want anything too heavy in your stomach when your bending in different positions. I decided to make one egg and have some cantaloupe. An egg is a good source of protein and the cantaloupe was really refreshing in the morning.
