This was my breakfast from this morning. I had two breakfast "burritos" (think McDonald`s "breakfast burritos") and a bottle of diet green citrus tea. I had 2 leftover flaxseed tortillas I had picked up to use in making my Mexican hamburgers for Cindo de Mayo, so I cooked up some scrambled with green and red peppers in it and layered it down the center of the tortillas. I then put one slice of center cut bacon on each, topped with hot sauce and a little squirt of ketchup. It was SO yummy, I felt as though I was having something bad when it wasn`t unhealthy at all. The most calorie driven piece were the tortillas which were only like 80 calories each. They were very filling and just all around yummy. I quite enjoyed this breakfast! If I had some more tortillas I`d be having this for breakfast tomorrow. The tea I had purchased at a new local grocery store for $3.99 for a 12-pack. It`s really good tea ... I`ve got a few bottles left so I`ll have to stop in there this weekend to get another 12-pack.
