I know there are many of you like myself who are coffee drinkers rather than a huge breakfast..i understand because somehow i feel a bit tired and sleepy in class if i am too full.
I found this great recipe for a coffee protein shake substitute for a full balance breakfast without the hassle or the "i am too full to focus"
-2 handfuls of ice
- 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
-1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup of brewed coffee-choose whatever flavor you like
-1 cup of milk
-¼ cup sugar- or sweeten to your liking.
-Place all ingredients in blender.
- Pour in a drinking container, and enjoy!
