Breakfast club vol. 5: Yoghurt, muesli, nuts and fruits

For past two weeks, I have been trying to eat healthier by limiting my carb intake, especially sugar. I have been also eating more vegetables and fruits. Yoghurt, muesli and fruit has become my typical breakfast.

In the big bowl, I have plain low-fat yoghurt, muesli with nuts, sliced banana, honey and a little bit of protein powder. I eat protein powder only with my breakfast and add only one table spoon of thepowder, since I do not get a lot of protein in my breakfast, besides the low-fat yoghurt. In the smaller cup, I just have one peach and some almonds. I drank a glass of mixed fruit juice with my breakfast. Normally I just drink water with my breakfast.
