Lately I have been eating milk and cereals for breakfast, but today I wanted to start my day healthier. I eat a lot of sugar, even my regular cereals have a lot of sugar. Thus, I wanted to limit my sugar intake with this meal by using plain yoghurt and not adding any sugar.
In the big bowl, I have mixed plain yoghurt, muesli with nuts and fresh strawberries cut into pieces. For my fruit salad in the smaller cup, I cut a pear, a red grapefruit, a nectarine and some strawberries into small chunks. I ate the fruit salad with a piece of cheese that has very mild taste. I also drank lots of water with this meal.
